Peaceful Pastures.

We have had the most glorious weather... Beautiful sunny, warm days.... Perfect for farm work...
Not so good for staying inside sewing...
So I thought I may as well share with you something which I see most days as I look out from our farm...

Gentle undulating paddocks full of canola and green pasture.. In another few weeks the canola flowers will drop and the green grass will begin to dry as the hot temperatures come.. But for now, it's so pretty..

How lucky am I?

  2. Well I would say you are truly blessed! What a beautiful place to enjoy each and every day! We too are enjoying marvelous weather...after a summer with over 70 days of over 100 degrees, the 50 degree morning is a welcome change. When do the sheep have their little ones?

  9. Your farm is beautiful, how lovely to look out at that view each morning, you would enjoy reading the Farmers Wife Quilt book, all the letters of farmer's wives saying what they enjoy about farming! It makes me think of you and your view.
